Isn’t that beautiful? I never realised the effect of a mantra on setting the coruse of your day until I started practicing them.

I have used quite a few but these 5 have had the most impact on my success:

1. I am in charge of how I feel and today I choose happiness

Even though we have no idea of how the day is going to unfold, we know that we can choose how we feel. We can choose to react or not.

It gives us a sense of agency over our own emotions and how we can respond to events.

We can decide to be happy irrespective of what obstacles we are going to face.

Of course, we cannot be permanently happy.. But we can choose our reactions in whatever circumstances we find ourselves in.
