6 Ways to Find Focus In a Post-Pandemic Spring FOMO

A wave of optimism and happiness washes over the world, especially in the northern hemisphere where the sun showed its face after so long.

But this spring feels a lot different, almost like the light at the end of the tunnel.

Some of you might know the saying, April showers bring May flowers. Maybe we should say that April 2020 showers brought May 2022 flowers.

After 2 painful years, things are improving with the lifting of restrictions around the world. There is also the fear of missing out (FOMO).

I am certainly fighting it with all my might: the new outdoor events, chilling in the parks, spring activities, and meeting up with friends.

I am presuming if you are like me, you also need to work and I have been trying hard to find ways to focus around this happy frenzy:

Here are my tips:

1. Setting priorities for the day

Organize your day by priority: in this way, if you want to go for a long walk and get a tan at lunch, you know the urgent matters have been dealt with.
