7 Signs You Are Ashamed Of Your Weaknesses
Yesterday, I nearly fell in a restaurant. Thank god I was not in a client meeting, I said to myself.
By nature, I can be quite clumsy, slipping and tripping and hitting window panes (definitely happened a few times).
There was an uneven floor where I was sitting and once I got up, I stumbled and had to hold on to the table. The girls on the next table giggled and my immediate reaction was to associate this to my previous patterns and feel ashamed.
It turned out the girl literally fell when she got up and we all had a good laugh.
We all have weaknesses that we wish we did not but it is what makes us beautiful. As part of my own personal growth journey, I am trying to embrace my clumsiness more.
A weakness does not diminish your value or your strengths, it is just part of you. Here are my 7 signs that you wrestle with the less glamorous side of yourself:
1. You feel uneasy in open and sharing environments.
You get very uncomfortable in settings where people are openly discussing their feelings.
