7 success metrics that are turning obsolete in the new world
The pandemic has changed our perspectives on what success represents
We automatically associate certain possessions or lifestyle with success. The trend has started to change since the gig economy became prominent and now with the pandemic causing a great crisis of conscience.
It would take some time till we dissociate these metrics with success. Gladly COVID has accelerated the descent of these society-imposed rules.

The dream of climbing up the corporate ladder and to obtain executive positions is slowly dying. A lot of us do not want to spend hours at work, answering to hierarchy but now want to be the boss of our own lives.
Having a linked-in profile with a breadth of experiences is so much more valuable than a faultless tenure at a big corporate.
In the same vein, job hoppers are being viewed differently. They are no longer maligned or seen as unstable and unreliable. They are increasingly seen as people adding a breath of fresh air to stale machines running out of steam.
