Create More Than You Produce — The Case For Fulfilment
You would think they are interchangeable words but not really.
To create is to bring about something into existence, with the use of imagination or using a light bulb moments (so called sparks)
To produce is to rely on a mechanical or established process to generate something.
Also, it can be said that creating implies something new that is being brought to light for the first time ever.
Producing seems to indicate replication of known processes to make identifiable items.
Creation also has elements of inspiration and an emotional quotient whereby the journey is as fulfilling as the end game.
Do not confuse busy with fulfilled
In my 9 to 5, I was a producer.
If you have a job where you create, you are lucky. I hope it brings you joy.
As en employee, I was constantly producing, hence I thought I was productive.
This is where it gets tricky. Producing many things in a day makes you busy.
