Meaning is such an elusive concept. Baby boomers accuse millennials of being too entitled and problem-free, so we (millennials) apparently chase meaning. I wonder what the Gen Xers do. Build the next AI?

We are all looking for meaning, some of us hide it better than the other. Because it sounds too cliché or too spiritual.

We cannot afford to have existential crises when we have bills to pay and responsibilities to abide by.

Well I am a meaning chaser by all means (pun intended). I seek a little bit of meaning every day and I find it a little bit more: in the people I meet, in the coffee I drink, in the books I read, in the way I pushed my body on my fitness routines.

And I am a firm believer that meaning is created as we go along but I can also guarantee there are times you will be lost and asking yourself what is the point of all this is?

Here are 2 theories and one movie that helped me construct the basis of my meaning:

Logotherapy:

Logotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that is based on our future vision of self and our ability to sustain a period of hardship to get to a place of purpose.
