I posted everyday for the first 90 days, it definitely helps. Just for your own improvement and getting acquainted quickly. After that it is a different ballgame, i think 2-3 times a week will do, just so as not to burn-out. I believe long-term is a marathon game not a sprint. You gotta enjoy the process otherwise it becomes something you are forced to do everyday.
