My ideal reader after writing 100 articles came as a shock
Hint: She is a ghost of my past but she is not scary, only lost.
This morning I hit the count of 100.
It was a milestone. An intentional one.
If you have not come across my previous posts, I have goal posts for everything I can control.
I set out to write 100 articles but not so soon. What happened is that I started writing furiously. Heavy emotions will do that to you.
In a fight between the brain and the heart, the heart will always win. In a battle between thoughts and emotions, emotions always win. Once you understand emotions run your day, you can channel it properly.
Why a 100?
It is a beautiful number and the supposedly ideal human lifespan. What does it have to do with Medium? Go figure. It does not matter.
What matters is that I found my ideal reader, the one whom am expressing myself for. It surprised me when I realised that the person I am writing for is (drumrolls)……………….
My younger self.
When I scroll to some of my previous posts, I noticed that my life lessons were what my younger self set out to find.
