The all-too-familiar scenario

Picture this scenario: after spending hours in your house during COVID and losing touch with reality, you decide you are going to lose those extra few pounds you gained.

You start exercising, also making a plan to eat healthy. Yo go to the organic store and buy tons of healthy food for the week. Hell, you even start meal prepping on sundays.

It is going well, your body is adapting to your new fitness routines and you are proud that you have taken the step to eat healthier.

Then, an unexpected deadline or unforeseen circumstance causes you to defer gym/fitness for a day. You are too tired to make dinner so you order take-out.

It is fine, I will get back to it tomorrow. Except you wake up tired from dealing with that sad situation you had yesterday and postpone gym/healthy eating for another day. And another day.
