How do I know? I am a coach and I run groups, we talk.

This is not the ‘I wanna take quit my miserable job’ that people shout like a broken record and never actually do.

But people with real actions or with concrete plans: taking the course on the side, planning the coaching or consulting based on their skills, saving up to finally quit.

I watch with glee while people wake up. Slowly but surely.

False promises have been made

They promised a hybrid model, some kept up their words but want to slowly lure employees back to the office full-time.

As if the talented employees have temporary amnesia.

In fact, some employers are having signs of short-term memory loss, come back to the office. We work better from here, they say.

After 2 years of amazing delivery from their staff working from home, suddenly they have trust issues.

On the opposite side, smart companies are creating full-time work from anywhere measures and keep listening to the word on the street.

They still do not get it
