Journaling is prescribed in therapy sessions so that people can verbalise their feelings and mental state.

Nowadays, we are all living a nightmare. We are all a bit depressed or in a state of anxiety on some level. In a way, we are all in this together but not all of us have the right coping mechanisms.

I actually started journaling few years ago on a totally different journey. I started jotting thoughts down when I had a small notebook in my pocket when I travelled.

Especially when I travelled solo, I needed to have somewhere to express the feelings pouring out of me with all the beauty I was seeing.

I know we are all going through a dark period right now where we cannot see the end of the tunnel, things seem dark, uncertain, heading for the worst.

But I can tell you there is so much beauty in this world. it is what keeps me going, that I saw the magnificent of the world, the kindness of souls everywhere I went. You will see it soon if you have not.

For now, we journal.
